Hello Everyone,
I was somewhat delayed in regards to coming out to your house, but I hope this means that you had time to think about what you would want to put in your 72 Hour Kit, and have most of it already. By way of reminder, I am here to help you get at the very least, 5 things in order to help you survive for the first 72 hours of disaster. Once I arrive at your doorstep, you have exactly 72 hours to get these things together, before you help me move along to your neighbor's house. Remember, these are just the basics, so I will be sure and include links to helpful websites that will help you think of other things you might want to "Always Be Prepared".
5 Must Haves for your Kit1. Food (Thats 9 meals/person in your family)
2. Water (Experts such as myself recommend at least 1 gallon of water per person, per day)
3. Battery Operated Radio4. Flashlight with Extra Batteries5. First Aid KitSound Easy enough? It should be. In fact, if while you are reading this you might immediately think of many other things that a good emergency kit would include, feel free to add it! If you don't have these things yet, you have 72 hours to get them all together, but you don't have to wait for me to show up at your door to start. Thanks again and let me know if you have any questions!
